I am a disabled Veteran and award winning artist seeking affordable housing in the Palm Springs area to market my art. I am seeking a small apartment or share situation. Clean, non smoker, and capable of cleaning, yard work and light maintenance. Will also do barter situation with Art. No pets, evictions, no criminal record or kids.
